Data controller
This notice is provided by Boost Up Solutions ("Boost Up") as the data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). You can reach us at hello@boost-up.co.
Personal data we process
The name, email address, phone number, company and message you share through our forms; your answers and results in our mini quizzes; the case you request; and the page you submitted from, the referring source and campaign (UTM) parameters, browser information and the country/city derived from your IP address.
Purposes
To respond to your request and contact you; to run meetings, proposals and case-file sharing; to provide recommendations based on your quiz result; to improve our services and website; to ensure information security; and, if you have given consent, to send you electronic messages about our content, events and campaigns.
Legal basis and collection
Your data is collected electronically through our website forms and processed under KVKK Art. 5/2-c (establishing a contract), Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest) and, for marketing messages, Art. 5/1 (explicit consent).
Transfers
Your data is stored on the infrastructure of our hosting provider Vercel Inc. (USA), strictly for the purposes above. Transfers abroad are carried out in line with KVKK Art. 9. We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law.
Retention
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purpose and in any case no longer than 2 years after your request is concluded; it is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction or deletion, request notification of these actions to third parties, object to adverse outcomes of automated analysis, and claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

Cookies and browser storage
Our site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser's local storage is used to limit how often pop-ups appear and to pass the campaign source along with your form. A session cookie is used only for the admin panel.
